Materials needed
- 2×4 8ft long lumber
- 1×4 12 ft long lumber
- Measuring tape
- Compound miter saw
- 2&2 1/2 “ screws
How to Build Using this Plan?
- Cut two 2×4 lumber at a length of 23 ½” inch with ends parallel to each other cut at 30 degrees for stringers
- For top board, cut five 1×4 lumber at 22 ½”
- For legs, cut two 2×4 lumber at 13 ¾” inch long with one end being cut at 30 degrees
- Once the cut is done, next trim the stretcher’s bottom by keeping ½” gaps in between
- The decking needs to be added either using glue or 2 1/2” screws.
- Flip it over after you put the legs on it. Fill all holes with wood filler
- Your ottoman is ready to be used!
